Our Castle Is Threatened From The Interior

We believe that tomorrow begins today. The Quran and all the enlightenment sacred Books cite the seven deadly sins as: megalomania, arrogance, greed, lust, envy, wrath, sloth, and gluttony. These pretty much covers the worst sins that we do as humans. But in Somaliland, Tribalism, Greed and envy are the most killing diseases among the Somalilanders. From the prince to the peasant and from the heel to the heart. That scary monster called, ” The Mother In Law from Hell ” is my killing disease. A country run by Three Single Mothers who don’t get along and at the same time, they hate each other. Where all the other communities are regarded as nuts and second Class citizens. Especially the Shia in the East and the Wahabists in the West are treated as guests in their own homeland. Dear reader, Our Castle is threatened from the interior and we are our own enemy. A hypocrite Nation that makes it’s judgment by the Oil – Dip – Stick of Tribalism. Dear reader, Stoicism is the wisdom of madness and cynicism is the madness of wisdom. The basic philosophy of stoicism is that you have nothing real external to your own consciousness, that the thing real is in fact, your consciousness. The average man is a conformist, accepting miseries and disasters with the stoicism of a cow standing in the rain. It is the power of the mind to be unconquerable. Stoicism is about domestication of emotions, not their elimination. It is not the man who has too little that is poor, but the one who hankers and runs after, for more. If it is not right, do not do it, if it is not true, do not say it. The things you think about determines the quality of your mind. What man actually needs is not a tensionless state but rather the striving and struggling for some goal worthy of him. Warriors should suffer and stand the pain silently. If you give up your rights, you can’t keep the excess of your pride. That is why our fish in Berbera nowadays can speak the Arabic and the Ethiopian languages. Dear reader, Sometimes in life, we must fight not only without fear, but also without hope. Dear reader, an insider in the Election Commission Committee has tipped us privately that Queen Victoria of Jibouti and the New Cabdi Xoosh of Somaliland who are a staunch supporter of Musa Bixi are blackmailing the Chairman of the Election Commission Committee, Mr.Cabdi Qadir Iman for rigging the election to the advantage of Musa Bixi.

Otherwise all the business and assets of Mr. Ahmed Osman Geele would be banned and all his Bank – Accounts would be frozen and paralyzed. And there is a Warrant of arrest for Mr. Geele at the Jibouti Airport, simply because he is the Brother – In – Law of Cabdi qadir Iman who refused the blackmailing demands of Queen Victoria of Jibouti and the New Cabdi Xoosh of Somaliland. That is why nowadays, Mr. Geele is seeking a hiding place and a refuge in Hargeisa. Bear in mind that Mr. Geel is the only, and the only person who can afford to buy a three dish meal in the Jew Community of Baligubadle. Dear reader, this time our fate is trembling on the balance and my palm is on the strings of my heart. Because I can imagine the arrogance of the elephant in Marodi Jeex Region, the cunning attitude of the Tiger in Caynabo and the disaster and fatal consequence if they collide with the injured, maimed and desperate Lion who has been falsely accused for several times. God safe the queen.

Dear reader, I am a baby boomer who had born in a hostile environment where deep hatred had existed among the somalis and the Ethiopian people. But that xenophobia vanished away during the Era of Mengistu Haile of Ethiopia and Siyad Bare of Somalia. Both presidents proved that there is no an enmity or friendship that lasts forever. Your enemy today can be your friend tomorrow, and your friend of today can be your enemy of tomorrow. But the deceased president of Ethiopia, Mr. Meles Zenawi had revived that old stigma and stressful trauma. After his troops conquered and occupied Somalia, falsely claiming as a peace finding mission who intends to establish stability. And I am afraid that the situation may get worse in the near future. According to the Press – Conference of the Minister of Information of Ethiopia, related to the recent conflict and friction among the Somali and the Oromo inhabitants of Ethiopia, Mr. Negri Lencho, claimed that the conflict among the two nations did exist and was standing for years. Above that has accused the Somaliland Government of participating in the conflict, fanned the flame and has displaced three thousand Oromo inhabitants of Somaliland. But that is not true and Somaliland has no a border with the Oromo people, and totally there is no Oromo inhabitants in Somaliland. But there is some illegal immigrants who claims refugees. Mr. Minister, go back to your memory book.

More disgustingly there is no a respond from the Somaliland Government and it is tongue – tied up to now. Dear reader, what you expect after ten or twenty years to come.

Dear reader, let me give you a glimpse of a clip of my personal episode in Ethiopia during the SNM armed struggle. It is the New Year Party of 1984 at Karamadla Hotel in Diridawa. All the Somali Military officers, politicians, intellectuals and academicians, Somali tribal Think – Tanks and elders of both, the SSDF and the SNM Liberation Fronts were there. Plus the Ethiopian Military Liaison officers that were attached to the liberation Fronts were there. It was the Zero Hour and everyone was high and happy. Colonel wagayo, now, as Somalis, we have discovered all your hiding military pockets and all pieces of the puzzle of your military strategic. So that, after we overthrow Siyad Bare; we will demand the Somali occupied Territories by hook or by crook, the deceased engineer Abdi Ahmed Roble exclaimed. After an exploding, deep, and sarcastic roar of laughter. Colonel Wagayo, one of the Liaison Military officer that was assigned to the SNM and SSDF said. Warya Ina Ahmed Roble, you are a poor Somali who has only one stomach, and we have already viewed what was in it, as Ethiopians. But we Ethiopians have two stomachs. We have showed you only one cavity. Bt the other one, you will never see it long your life, period! The Case is close and no more comment among the audience. Dear reader, I welcome the Ethiopians as friends not as a colonel masters.
